CENTRA's Homeland Group provides a range of homeland security and law enforcement intelligence support, risk analysis and modeling, and program management services to Federal, state, and local agencies. The Homeland Group is looking for TSSCI-cleared Cyber Operations Planning SMEs at the Journeyman and Senior levels to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with strong skills in developing and coordinating formal cyber operations planning documents, including CONOPS, Doctrine development, and other strategy documentation. The role includes engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Strong candidates should also possess a combination of the following Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years (Journeyman) of applicable Operations Planning andor Cyber Operations Planning experience. Candidates with 10-15+ years of applicable experience should also apply. Experience developing Cyber doctrine and operations plans. Strong project management, task management, and time management skills Demonstrated ability to establish liaison and interact effectively with individuals at all levels to coordinate activities with other intelligence and law enforcement personnel.
