Tyson Foods Inc - Springdale, AR - SunIRef:Event141 SUMMARY: This position is responsible the following: coordinating and distributing various monthly mailings to Team Members; receiving and distributing incoming mail; researching returned mail; preparing documents for imaging; maintaining Benefits data on CD; knowledge of SAP and Financial Benefits system; daily assistance and contact with Team Members and location Benefits Counselors with inquires and questions regarding the Retirement Savings Plan and Stock Purchase Plan; backup for check printing function; and special projects as assigned and other duties as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2 plus years of experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook . Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a strong plus.
