Santa Cruz, CA - Greetings, we are looking for a SalesBusiness Development Professional with intermediate excel skills, position is remote (Central or Western Time Zone). Job Description Global Sourcing Group - 2 positions 1 will be Internal stake holder presentations. 1 will be more of a generalistfloater. Higher skill set. People skills and presenting skills required. Looking for SalesBusiness Development backgroundskills (not necessarily in sourcing). Persuasive skills to communicate well Ideal- Intermediate excel. Must have at least beginner excel skills. Excel (basic or intermediate) required. Some basic formulas (add and multiply cells), pivot tables. Preferred V Lookups Combination of sales and basicintermediate excel Selling from beginning to end with some analysis in excel Go-getter, takes initiative, has to have the dynamic personality to quickly understand organization and present to persuade. Lead-finding. Will have very close supervision. These roles are SalesBusiness Development. Needs high energy, dynamic personality. Will present to 4-5 people at a time. Will deliver material by Zoom or WebEx. Needs natural delivery in presentation skills. Does not expect them to be category experts. Will have category manager for help with QA. This person will do leg work to begin the dialog and deliver presentations. Interview presentation- about the delivery and the flow of presenting more than the content. Example of day to date and presentations- each role dedicated to a project. Same presentation several times. Sourcing is a plus but must also have the sales skill set. Managing an internal sales pipeline and will track their communication. Needs the organizational skills to manage this activity. Will have significant amount of guidance in the beginning. Associate or Technical Degree or higher in business, information technology or mathematics. Minimum of two years of related experience andor training. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format. Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, andor management. Ability to present information to an internal department andor large groups of employees. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
