(ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit provider of housing for seniors and veterans is seeking an experienced PartTime Site Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our location in Watertown, SD. Candidate will perform minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and be able to work without direct supervision.
