People Business Partner

Uber - Hyderabad, Telangana - We're looking for an HR Business Partner to help align business goals with employees and management. You will be a consultant to management on business issues, and a guide to managers and employees. This role is about actively partnering with managers and collaborating with employees to create a culture of perseverance, ownership and making big bold bets. You will be a coach and guide on all people related matters. You will help define and deliver on the people strategy in partnership with the the HR centres of excellence. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create programs and processes from scratch.
