Oracle EBS Customer Success Manager

Pune, Maharashtra - The Customer Success Manager develops customer relationships with our enterprise and SME customers promoting retention and loyalty. This candidate has excellent hands-on skills on Oracle E Business Suite and works closely with customers to ensure adoption of the platform, satisfaction regarding services provided and working results received, and captures ideas for improvement. This candidate also works closely with the sales teams during the onboarding of new customers and supports them on-site if needed. Job Function: Possess hands-on knowledge on Oracle ERP, SCM product chain E2E implementation. Able to manage AMS projects with highest level of customer satisfaction Work in AMS pre-sales, able to put up compelling proposals as part of RFP response or pro-active ones Prepare and deliver presentations to customer/management as per the practice needs.
