General Ledger Lead

Bechtel - Haryana - New Delhi - Requisition ID: 215494 Reports directly to the Reconciliation Supervisor and interfaces with counterparts in other service locations, project offices, and controller management. Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining assigned general ledger balancing segments or accounts to include: a) Review of accounts reconciliations performed by team Member for accuracy and quality b) initiates and completes corrective actions to ensure that outstanding items in account reconciliations are cleared promptly c) actively communicates with team and other departments and follows up on corrective actions. d) Preparation and review of Banking Activity which includes Fund managements of New Delhi office and Liaising with Banker etc. e) Review and Preparation of Insurance Activity etc. Prepares and submits required financial reporting adjustments to supervisor and Operations Reporting, as necessary.
