Develop Strategy on manufacturing feasibility involving mould designs, line gauges and tooling required against the RFQ received with a detailed insight on the manufacturing processes and in-house investment cost for all new product inquiries 2. Consolidate all planned programs and estimate the manufacturing investment (i.e. CAPEX) required in terms of new machines, facilities, capacity augmentation. Provide advice to the management with respect to make or buy decision with respect to in-house or subcontracted manufacturing 3.
