About the Position: Facilities Engineer Valex is looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the following: Maintenance and improvement of manufacturing plant, Determination of facility and equipment specifications, Develop resource requirements and utility plans, Design and layout of facility expansion and optimization, Perform system evaluations and manage project costs, Oversee and coordinate with contractors and vendors, Plan equipment and infrastructure maintenance and activities. The successful candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3 or more years of experience in a facilities engineering role. Must have experience with AutoCAD and MS Office, knowledge of building process and construction principles, strong knowledge of structural code requirements, and excellent project management experience. Must also have effective written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
