Regional Administrator East Region - Corporate

CHI Living Communities - Toledo, OH - CHI Living Communities is a faith-based healthcare organization with six senior living/long-term care campuses in Ohio. We are seeking a proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in a regional senior living position to provide consultation, strategic planning, and oversight to Executive Directors on effective mission-based operational practices. The Regional Administrator also provides on-site management support in financial performance, census development, survey compliance, and quality initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in all levels of senior living. The Regional Administrator reports to the Director of Operations of CHI Living Communities to provide strategic planning. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, up-to-date knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, Ohio nursing home administrator license, and a passion for growing along with us.
