Chester County Intermediate Unit - Downingtown, PA - The Chester County Intermediate Unit is currently looking for experienced educators who are interested in making a positive impact in Pennsylvania School Improvement. The Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) schools have been identified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). There are many FT roles needed across PA on the Regional Improvement Teams to include Improvement Facilitators and Subject Matter Experts. Salary:Project Staff Band 16 ($73,907 - $92,384) 260 days, 7.5 hours per day/ 5 days per week to include full-time benefits and PSERS. Hired as a CCRES employee salary range of $105,000 - $115,000, not eligible for PSERS and includes minimum benefits. Duration of assignment is three years to include school years 2020 - 2021, 2021 - 2022, 2022 - 2023. Education: Master’s degree in education required, doctorate preferred.
