Consumer Lending Manager

Kalsee Credit Union - Kalamazoo, MI - Position Summary: Guides and directs all lending activities including consumer loan production, loan underwriting and loan quality. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the consumer loan department, including compliance with relevant state and federal laws. The Consumer Lending Manager will develop a vision for KALSEEs Consumer Lending Department and execute that vision by developing and implementing a strategic plan. Effectively lead and coach team members while displaying KALSEE Values at all times. Must be goal oriented and willing to take an active role in moving KALSEE forward.
