Demonstrates workplace effectiveness to assure communication of CHI Living Communities mission and core values. POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with the collection of outstanding receivable balances. Verifies completion of admission forms, contracts and discharge of residents Prepares and delivers bank deposits Files for Medicaid benefits for residents and tracks progress of application through completions Completes billing and statement verification and mailings Works closely with corporate billing office for Month End processes and reconciliations Completes data input for COLA or PLs Maintain A/P Ledger and ensures all accounts payable are entered into the system to meet month end close times.
