Requirements validation - checking that the documented requirements meet stakeholder needs 3. Requirements management - managing changes to the requirements as the system is developed and deployed 4. Requirements analysis and negotiation - Requirements elicitation and resolution of gaps and conflicts in requirements 5. Requirements specification (Software Requirements Specification) - documentation of detailed requirements in a requirements document based on the high level requirements provided by SMEs 6. Must promote a high level of collaboration and teamwork with the project team within an Agile/ Scrum environment 7.
