Payroll Manager - Delivery Center (US and Canada Payroll)

Uber - Bangalore, Karnataka - As the North America Payroll Manager in Bangalore, India, you will be overseeing the US and Canada Payroll operation processes and employee query support performed by the Payroll Delivery Center team in India, in conjunction with the Payroll, Global Process Ownership (GPO) team, and Payroll Accounting team members in San Francisco and Dallas. You will also coordinate with the Global Head of Payroll on Global Payroll initiatives, and work closely with upstream partners of Payroll such as our People Ops, PeopleApps, Global Benefits, Equity, Compensation, Mobility, Cash Mgmt, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and also external consultants to ensure compliance.
