Provide support to content writers, Instructional Designers in developing the content. Analyze the business and learning requirements of the customer and create programs Engage with the customer to understand the requirements Communicate design/ solution to stakeholders and the execution team Review product development and ensure quality of project deliverables Mentor senior and junior IDs in the team Interface with SMEs and customers Skills Required: 6 yrs experience out of which a minimum of3- 4 yrs experience in instructional design Preferrably from E Learning industry.
