hCapital - Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Salary: 2 Lac - 3 Lac. 1.Candidate should be able to handle Disbursement of Business Banking Product Loan against Property / Mortgage loan within defined TAT. 2.Verification of loan documents, property documents as per legal opinion, valuation report, compliance of approved terms and conditions. 3.Candidate has to maintain of proper records as per defined process & Verify security documents including property documents. 4.Attending walk in customers and resolution of customer complaints within TAT / meeting the customer requirements. 5.Maintenance of MIS and reporting from time to time and coordination with CPUs. Desired Candidate Profile Key Skills: 1. Should be aware of the Entire Process - from Login to Disbursement. 2. The incumbent will be responsible to manage CPAs (third Part vendor at local level). 3.
