Production Support Engineer - Mobile Applications

Accesso - Lake Mary, FL - Position Overview: We are seeking a Production Support Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining accesso® Android and iOS applications. As part of the accesso Mobile Engineering team, you will contribute to helping our clients enhance guest experiences at theme parks, ski resorts, and hospitality venues by supporting and rolling out our fleet of world class mobile apps. As Production Support Engineer, you will serve as the escalation point for technical and functional support to our business teams and work alongside Mobile Engineers to resolve complex issues in our mobile applications. To fulfil the level of service and commitment to our clients, you must be able to participate in an on-call rotation shared amongst the development team. We move fast and as priorities shift, you'll need to keep up with your peers. Location: Lake Mary, FL Reports to: Director, Mobile Engineering Travel Requirement: None Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Android Kotlin and/or iOS Swift Familiarity of Android Studio and iOS XCode development environment, and tools for debugging applications Experience with Android and IOS application deployment process Familiarity with troubleshooting tools similar to Crashlytics and Bugsnag Working knowledge of web services.
