Office Assistant

BDA Architecture, P.C. - Albuquerque, NM - An award-winning design/build firm specializing in animal care facilities is seeking a talented and highly capable office assistant. Our firm is looking for an individual who is personable and friendly, professional dependable, and an efficient multi-tasker. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills are a must; as are insightful problem solving, self-motivation and creative thinking. Duties include answering a multi-line phone, processing incoming and outgoing office mail, supply ordering, client hospitality, marketing assistance, shipping, greeting visitors and administrative assisting. The administrative portion includes a full-range of administrative support functions, essentially whatever may need to get done. Compensation will be on an hourly basis and will depend on experience.
