Full-time, Commission Experienced **Do not call employer regarding this position** Well-known San Diego county automotive repair shop is seeking service advisors for it's Escondido, Oceanside, and Temecula locations. The company is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor who specializes in dealing with German vehicles and is eager to join our growing company. All applicants MUST have prior experience as a service advisor with German vehicles. General Responsibilities Determines need for repairs by road test, use of mechanical testing devices, questioning customer about vehicle's performance, or visual inspection of the vehicle. Estimates cost of repairs. Prepares itemized work orders, listing costs of parts and labor. Makes minor adjustments or repairs. Gives directions to Automotive Body Repairer, Automotive Mechanic, and other workers. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience: Must have prior experience as a service advisor with German vehicles. Pay & Benefits: Full-time, exempt-salary of $50k to $60k annually (DOE) plus commission based on sales. Minimum starting pay depends on experience. Monday through Friday WEEKENDS OFF!
