Within our Skin Care Business Unit, we have exciting opportunities such as the emergence of beauty Facial Mask demand in US and in Europe and the transformation of the Cosmetic Wipe market towards sustainability. In order to support our Health and kin Care Business Unit in further expanding the business, we are looking for a Sales Manager Health and Skin Care, America who will be based in the US. Responsibilities: - Grow new customers in America within the Health and Skin Care Ind - Launch new product offerings with existing customers - Implement Pull Push Strategy by working closely with OEM, ODM and Houses - Implement Sales Processes such as Key Account Management, Forecas - Conduct with our marketing department market assessments to ident new growth opportunities and to optimize the existing product offering - Develop business cases for new market opportunities - Work closely with Product Development on new product development projects Requirements: - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Sciences or Economy - Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales - Relevant industry knowledge - Experience in all aspects of developing and managing customers - Willingness to travel frequently within the region and overseas Key competencies: - Heath and Skin care professional background - A positive and determined approach to grow new business opportuni - High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presen skills - Passionate and disciplined to deliver best in class Customer Expe - Language knowledge: perfectly fluent in English; Any other langua advantageous Offering: You are offered a unique opportunity for future personal and professional growth in a young informal environment with demanding tasks and great challenges.
