We are looking for someone who is dependable, highly organized, hardworking and has previous experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position will be responsible for greeting and screening guests, fielding phone calls, filing, maintaining and creating spreadsheets for various projects. This position will assist Accounting and Human Resource departments with various tasks, including data entry and entering Vendor bills. This position will also be supporting staff with projects and organization. Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and an ERP system or Global Shop a plus.
