Sacramento, CA - Job Title BI Consultant Location Sacramento, CA Duration 1 year W2 Consultants only Scope The consultant shall provide delivery and design of the architecture of a complete to-be end-to-end Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) solution utilizing MS SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, SSIS (Integration Services), SSAS (Tabular) including integration with Excel and the current DSH BI visualization toolset. Responsible for working individually or with a team to answer key stake holder questions and solve problems with creative solutions to provide the critical insights necessary for leadership and clinical staff to make informed, data driven decisions. The contractor will provide the following work products to plan, guide, and oversee project activities Design and develop management and executive level dashboards, Develop pharmacy drug reporting and operational business intelligence when implemented as laid out in the requirements documentation of the project. Providing hands-on design, engineering, coding and implementation expertise around data warehousing, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) tabular cubes, report development and data modeling for the project. Develop testing and implementation of business intelligence capability supporting engineering work including completion of user stories, capabilities, reports, metrics, dashboards, Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and tasks as laid out in the requirements and to-be business intelligence architecture documentation. Mandatory Qualifications This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. Possession of (a) a bachelorrsquos degree in an IT-related or Engineering field, which will be verified during the RFO process.... - Contract - Full-time
