General Micro Systems - East - Fort Pierce, FL - CHARTER 135 – SALES EXECUTIVE Plus One Air is a growing 135 charter company based in Fort Pierce, Florida. The current operating fleet consists of Hawker 800XP and Challenger 601s. We're seeking an energetic and driven Charter Sales Representative to join our team. We are high energy and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth. Candidates are responsible for increasing their revenue from on-demand aircraft charter sales revenue and maximizing fleet utilization. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent negotiation & prospecting skills and must demonstrate an overall high motivation for selling and will be a self-starter with a strong focus on customer service. Candidate should have an excellent sales process, ability to multitask, and a good understanding of business aviation operations. We are looking for individuals that can work independently & are self-motivating, outgoing, well-organized & personable. Candidate must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced often stressful environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Active, current experience in Charter Sales for at least the previous 2 years. Book of business/Existing customers is required. Knowledge of industry software. Ability to travel for business purposes, we provide a company card for expenses. Ability to identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities to generate revenue. Drive sales growth through networking, strong relationships, affinity partnerships, and referrals. Prospect, cultivate relationships, develop an understanding of member's needs, and build pipeline with opportunities. Learn new product offerings and communicate effectively and professionally to prospective stakeholders. Stay current on market trends, maintaining awareness of competitor activity, and recommending appropriate product solutions. Effectively utilize technology (CRM System) to track opportunities and deal with stages. Provide prompt and accurate quoting, follow up quotes to determine the final result. Handle the complete sales cycle of a charter flight from quoting, profit analysis, procurement, and all client services functions. Must be able to think geographically and maximize fleet opportunities while transient and away from the base. Strive to hit Company Revenue goals and maximize aircraft capacity utilization. Foster & develop relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business.
