Residential Counselor (3rd Shift) - Wetzel Latency Unit

You, Inc. - Worcester, MA - We are currently searching for a talented professional for the position of Awake Overnight Residential Counselor at the Wetzel Center (Latency Unit). The scheduled hours for this position are Wednesday - Saturday 10pm - 8am. This position does require holiday coverage when the holiday falls on a scheduled shift. Training will be provided to selected candidates as required by the position. Responsibilities: Provide quality clinical and residential services within the therapeutic milieu. Remain awake and alert throughout the shift. Provide crisis management. Responsible for ongoing safety and supervision of youth within the program setting. Responsible for maintenance and implementation of program policies and program development. Qualifications: High school diploma or HiSET required. BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field is preferred. Experience working with children and/or adolescents preferred.
