balchem - Defiance, OH - General Description The Maintenance Technician will properly carry out all duties as defined under the Work Performed Category. This person is responsible for correctly following all management guidelines and instructions as they relate to this position. In addition, independent thought and action are important aspects of this position. All work will be performed in a safe and sanitary manner. This person must be extremely flexible and receptive to continual change in assigned duties including the ability to work different shifts. Additional hours will be required if needed. Working independently and efficiently managing his/her time are important components of this position. This person must communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor as to the progress of assigned duties. 1.
