Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing program Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Current Arizona nursing license and Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner certification Current DEA license Two years of pediatric clinical experience Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider certified Current AHA PALS certified Current, valid AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to Arizona law or provide documentation of application for AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card within seven (7) days of hire Certification in school-based vision ... - Permanent - Part-time
