Innovative Systems Group - Philadelphia, PA - This is a 1 year contract with our direct client located in Philadelphia, PA. Position will require strong writing, documentation, time management, account analysis, and decision making skills. Sits in unit that documents customer complaints to PUC for client, The caseload for documentation will vary, candidates should have aptitude to be trained by client on internal billing system and also be able to field complaints and explain high usage bills, Client will train candidate on internal billing systems and on documentation policies. HS or higher ed. Candidate would be expected to work independently after sufficient client training.
