Handy Worker / Laborer

Pinnacle Healthcare, LLC - Crown Point, IN - $5,000 sign-on bonus for right candidate ! Responsible for general maintenance and repair, painting, simple plumbing, keeping grounds clean. Miscellaneous duties such as shoveling and salting sidewalks, trimming bushes, pulling weeds, maintaining fleet of cars by taking for service and detailing, maintaining flags outside, setting up tables and chairs for meetings. Responsible for hanging Christmas lights (in the fall) on all the trees outside of the building and taking them down in January and storing them. Must be able to work outside in the cold when needed to shovel. May be asked to go to off-site offices to perform general maintenance, painting and repairs. On call when off duty.
