Capgemini - Bangalore, Karnataka - Short Description Qualifications Job Responsibilities Roles and Responsibility of Operations Manager - Accounts Receivable (Collections, Cash Application) Process: Responsible for leading a team of Process Associates, Senior Process Associates Process Leads, Team Leads and Team manager who are highly motivated and engaged Maintains in-depth knowledge of all billing and collection regulations and makes recommendations for policy and procedure changes. Monitors results of quality assurance reviews and sets goals for improvement and training requirements. Evaluates correspondence, denials, reimbursement and customer reaction to identify need for process changes.
