Freelance Clinical Research Associate

AL2S3 LTD - Maryland - Washington DC - Joshua Leggett is searching for a Freelance Clinical Research Associate to work for a small Biotech company that focus within Rare/Orphan Diseases and Oncology. Our client has an outstanding pipeline and portfolio with new products aiming to hit the market in Q3 of 2021. The Freelance CRA will report directly into the Associate Director of Clinical Operations and support the department in the planning and management of overall clinical operations execution and monitoring – including timelines, budgets, resources, and key project deliverables in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities; Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits Be involved in study start-up activities (if applicable) Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution Be responsible for site communication and management Be a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors Mentoring Junior CRAs Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress Participate in feasibility research Support regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions Experience/Qualifications; Independent on-site monitoring experience Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase I and/or II is preferred Rare disease or Oncology experience is highly preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel Apply If this job does not quite interest you, we may have other opportunities that are more relevant.
