Job Description The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational excellence at all times.The main role of a floor operations supervisor is to give full consideration to their team members's needs, our company's goals and business needs, and to find a balance between both. The well-being of the team and the smooth running of the business are to be considered of equal priority whilst performing floor supervision duties. Manage, supervise, coach, motivate, and build team spirit. Present new ideas and policies to prospective teams. Work within your own team/s to produce the required results and to meet Company targets. Analyze employee data and performance. Manage employee expectations and eventual requests. Establish and maintain cross departmental cooperation. Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.) Handle disciplinary cases. Manage projects and deadlines set by your direct managers. Propose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the department. Manage ad-hoc situations which may occur on shift in appropriate manner. Be stationed within the studio environment or in MCR for 80% of your shift. Must be able to sit or stand for long duration of time. Must be able to work with a laptop, computer, or other module to perform administrative duties. Must be 18 years of age or older Successfully complete pre-employment drug & background checks Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays Technically proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office. Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable. Prompt and organized.
