Department Website: Required: Minimum 5 years' experience as a recruiter in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload. Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with colleagues and clients Interviewing skill to quickly and accurately assess an individual's qualifications for a position. Minimum 5 years' experience as a recruiter in a dynamic environment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem. Technical skills sufficient to effectively use MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Working knowledge of regulations, statutes and laws related to recruitment and employment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated experience using of a variety of sourcing techniques, including social networking, internet, and other database searches Working knowledge of current talent acquisition best practices. Preferred: Current PHR or SPHR Certification. Previous experience working in Talent Acquisition in a Healthcare environment and recent experience with PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management Systems. Final candidate subject to background check.
