Required Job SKILLS Daily work in MS Outlook and Word with Advanced skills in PPT and Excel to update documents. Strong business intelligence skills Advanced Power BI and Tableau experience. Job Duties Experience with managing multiple activities, working with several teams, and coordinating and leading work sessions with ability to attend virtual meetings and work sessions. Work closely with Transaction lawyers, Sales Ops Training teams as well as Services Ops teams to build relationships and gather POCs for us to partner with for customer requests, as needed. They will liaise wall teams to gather required information to close requests and plan for future requests, documenting process challenges and championing for expedient support, repeatable and sustainable processes that effectively satisfy our customers.
