Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations; manage operations during scheduled shifts that include decision-making, staff support, scheduling planning while upholding standards; directly supervise employees, product quality, and cleanliness, deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction; respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints; organize and supervise shifts; follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment; audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary; make purchase orders; make bank deposits; pay invoices; prepare end of shift reports, update the restaurant menu; review financial statements; prepare and review profit and loss reports, sale or activity reports; and help identify cost reduction areas.
