NIGHT SHIFT - On Demand Labeler

Quick Holdings LLC - Denver, CO - Quick-Box Fulfillment is a well-established, Denver-based company seeking qualified candidates interested in being an integral part of our dynamic direct to consumer fulfillment operation. We are currently seeking hard working and dependable individuals to immediately fill our night shift On Demand Labeler roles. The schedule for this shift will be 4:30 PM -1:00 AM. Success in this role has potential for additional responsibilities, promotions, and career growth opportunities. The right person will be up for a challenge and have the drive to help continue in the success of our rapidly growing business. We are looking for a leader who provides direction, instructions and guidance to the team for the purpose of achieving a certain goal. The leader will know their team members' strengths, weaknesses and how-to motivations to get optimal productivity from the team. On Demand Labelers are responsible for labeling specific products. Quickbox is a fulfillment center and On Demand is a main operation of our business. We are looking for team-oriented employees who are flexible and able to work on different clients and in different areas to fulfill the needs of the Company. Essential Duties & Job Functions: To correctly label the necessary inventory- Making sure the label is centered, correctly positioned, without air bubbles, etc. To identify damages- The OnDemand Labeler must be able to identify damaged product or product that does not meet QuickBox's quality standards to pull it off production. To notify the OnDemand lead of issues or necessities- notifying the OnDemand lead when supplies are running low, an issue is encountered, or something out of the ordinary has happened. Department clean up- The OnDemand labeler is responsible for cleaning up their work space before going home. Stopping work with enough time to clean and organize the department. To correctly record all data- The OnDemand labeler must know how to correctly fill out a job ticket, Damage report, and correction sheets. It is the labelers responsibility to fill out job tickets at the start and end of each job. Packing and unpacking inventory in the appropriate boxes or containers. Mandatory: Literacy – Must be able to read. Attention to detail. Dexterity – able to use a tape gun and/or Tape machine. Able to Stand and/or walk up to 10 hours a day. Available to work up to 10 hours a day. Strong sense of urgency. Preferred: Simple Math – Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Dividing. Basic knowledge of the English Language.
