Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN/RN: Maintains effective communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians. Documents in accordance with nursing policies and procedures. Responds to resident needs with appropriate interventions with the licensure. Performs activities related to medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
