Old Dominion University - Norfolk, VA - Budget Analyst - E&G and Operations (#01308) The University Budget Office at Old Dominion University is seeking candidates for a Financial Services Specialist II position. This position will assist with all aspects of budget development, management, analysis and reporting for Educational & General Funding; assist with the management of the Equipment Trust Fund process and compliance requirements; and assist with review, approval, and monitoring of Student Financial Assistance Awards. Other duties include producing standard monthly and ad-hoc budget/financial reports and analysis. Required Qualifications: Considerable experience in using automated/electronic financial systems.
