Role Responsibilities: Responsible for daily nursing operations Provides nursing care for each assigned patient/resident including assessment and treatment Administers prescribed medications Observes, records and reports changes in patient/residents conditions to supervisor and attending physician. Utilizes the Electronic Health Record to document care (Point Click Care)Plans, supervises and instructs Certified Nursing Assistants on daily assignments to ensure quality of care provided Provides educatio... - Permanent - Full-time
