We are in search of an Operations Manager to oversee and direct its Dallas, TX Service Center which produces and distributes water-based inks across the US and globally. We are relocating to a new 28,000 square-foot operation in the coming months. A team of one office administrator, and five (5) production/distribution employees, this environment necessitates a hands-on individual to manage, teach, mentor and assure a cohesive and proficient operation, someone that can drive people performance and work satisfaction toward attaining our common goals.
