Sterling Project Development - New York City, NY - Sterling Project Development is accepting applications for a full-time employee to work in its rapidly-expanding Development Advisory Group.Projects are located across the country, and we are currently interested in candidates in the New York City area. SPD performs due diligence and advisory services for potential or in-progress development projects for financial-sector clients.We evaluate the competence of the project team, opine on budget and schedule assumptions, vet the entitlement and approvals process and review and advise on project risks and opportunities. We thereafter provide our clients with in-depth written reports highlighting summarizing our findings and recommendations. Candidates for this position must have strong experience in design, development and / or construction, and have strong writing skills, good time management and an attention to detail.... - Permanent - Full-time
