Senior Counsel - Disputes & Regulatory

Uber - Gurgaon, Haryana - Uber seeks a highly motivated, experienced lawyer to work in Uber's Legal team for India & South Asia. This position will primarily focus on litigation and regulatory affairs for Uber in the India & South Asian region. This position will report into Head of Legal - India & South Asia What You'll Do Manage complex litigation and advise internal teams on legal and regulatory risks. Work closely with our Public Policy, Communications, Tax, Trust & Safety and Business teams and advise them on a variety of different issues Provide strategic and proactive legal advice to internal business groups Understand, interpret and apply current regulations as applicable to Uber Ensure legal risk is managed in accordance with Uber's risk appetite and regulatory framework Provide other legal support as may be required to support Uber in India and South Asia Get the opportunity of working across geographies and collaborating with peers from across the world Be part of a young, dynamic, strongl...
