Team Taurus - Kolkata, West Bengal - Job profile Experience Experience of handling Electrical, HVAC, PHE, Plumbing Fire Protection works Maintain quality standards of all materials used (electrical, plumbing, hvac fire detection and suppression all allied items) Experience of handling STP WTP works Experience of handling projects mainly involved in construction of residential, commercial, hotels hospitals Plan and execute target oriented projects Well versed with all statutory compliance government regulations in the said field Coordinate between civil, , maintenance, operation and instrumentation team for smooth functioning of works Vendor and contractor handling, including bills clearance Maintain target time and deadlines for completion of project The ideal candidate would be an Electrical Engineer (Degree / Diploma) with minimum 6 years of experience in the Real Estate / Construction Sector.
