To ensure that the marketing strategies & tactics of all ANI brands are implemented without deviation in the assign territory To ensure proper distribution channel is deployed. The order execution is smooth and inventories of brands are kept at optimum level. Ensure high level operational efficiency and the hygiene at the market place is maintained. Grow existing business in Institutions and develop new business from Corporate Hospitals, Govt. Institutions and Leading hospital Chains for key products across divisions Cover all the HCPs and other stakeholders within the hospitals as per the coverage plan Develop new key opinion leaders ( KOL) and strengthen relationship with them through Proper engagement plan.
