Sapiens International Corporation - Bangalore, Karnataka - Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for design, development, implementation and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) reports / dashboards on Cognos platform Discuss with BA to define, understand and document new or enhanced reporting requirements. Translate business requirements into report/ dashboard/ cube specification documents that can be used for development Plan and schedule new reporting solution projects, including Package upgrades and performance optimization, Cognos Architects and Systems Operations personnel. Provide assistance to peer on the reporting tool for generation of reports and dashboards. Understand pre- designed insurance- specific target data models, meta data layer and data marts Ensure proper configuration management and change controls implemented in your sphere of influence Establish Quality Metrics and ensure it's implementation .
