PayPal - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - o Support JIRA project administration by setting up effective workflows, complex projects, permission schemes, custom forms, fields, dashboards, etc. o Perform 3rd party plugins POCs and evaluations. o Develop custom groovy scripts, listeners, plugins, client integrations, and client extending Jira. o Collaborate with internal customers to develop requirements and design of workflows. o Provide SME consultation for client integrations. o Extend monitoring and alerting capabilities. o Test and Perform Upgrades to Jira and it's infrastructure. o Provide SME support to our many thousands of users. o Support Rally to Jira Migrations efforts. o Triage and troubleshoot Jira incidents/issues and work closely with Vendors to patch Jira and it's plugins. o Tune and Optimize the end-user experience, Schema configurations, and underlying performance of Jira. o Create Jenkins jobs to automate Jira DevOps tasks. o Assist in migrating Jira to a clustered (DataCenter) deployment. o Colla...
