Uber - Hyderabad, Telangana - As the Verint System Expert, you will ensure that Verint (workforce management scheduling software) is being used properly for your responsible stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for all Verint issues and expected to review and escalate higher priority issues as needed. You will work with different WFM Teams to help on configuration issues and spreading best practices across the teams. This position assists project team members as necessary to assist in future roll outs of Verint products as well as being a point of contact for Verint knowledge and questions.
