RESOLVE - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - We are Hiring Freshers for Medical Coding jobs Specialty :HCC, Surgery & E M Experience : 0 Years Designation :Trainee Medical Coder PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under limited supervision, performs clinical coding review of medical record documentation to ensure the proper capture of CMS Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) conditions that are applicable to Medicare Risk Adjustment reimbursement activities. Integrate coding principles in performance of quality assurance activities and applies principles of objectivity in performance of these reviews. Perform coding reviews and fulfills associated processes/documentation for CMS coding audits as required. Other duties as assigned.
