Harman - Bangalore, Karnataka - Job Title: Associate, Talent Acquisition Essential Responsibilities: Sourcing technical candidates as per the requirements of the hiring managers Using social media recruitment tools for sourcing active and passive technical candidates Sourcing and hiring with minimal lead time Thoroughly phone-screening all candidates before recommending to the hiring manager Develop pipeline by targeting and engaging with active & passive candidates throughout sourcing process, identifying talent, sourcing, screening and scheduling for interviews Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates Handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling interviews, interview co-ordination, and Follow-ups till the candidate joins Builds a quality relationship with external recruitment agencies Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Using and updating internal recruitment application tracking system from sourcing ...
