Step 1
To begin with this easy recipe, soak 2 cups of chickpea in water.

Drain the water and par-boil the chickpeas.

Next, take a large bowl and add lemon juice along with spices. Add the chikpeas and toss the ingredients.
Step 4
Take a parchment paper and spread the chickpeas and bake for 25 minutes. Till it turns cripsy and crunchy.
